There is only one cost. An initial £50 rental fee, all calls to the service are made to a local rate telephone numbers ( 0871 ), so no matter where you happen to be in the World, the cost is the same as phoning a neighbour across the road.

There is no monthly rental and there is no per-call charge to you. Members even get a free web mail address in case they do not have one of their own.

Because of the national shortage of telephone numbers, the rental period is for an initial period of six months, and will be renewed 6 monthly thereafter.

Telephonemail must retain the right to request the surrender of a number if there is a continued period of non use.
